“Only one star because of unfriendly user directions. Did not indicate how much rub to use~ribs was raw at 225 degrees 2 1/2 hours~braising sauce did not thicken to paste as indicated. Threw timeline off by 2 hours or more trying to cook ribs and repair sauce. As for the rub, I feel everyone ends up adjusting ingredients on recipe after eating it o"”
