Just finished making was super easy.....and delicious!! I used 2% milk instead of whole milk (to lessen the fat and calories) and it was great. A touch of honey on top makes it even better. Thanks Claire, I will be making this all the time now."

Does anyone know if you can preserve the lemons once the zest is removed? I zest dozens of lemons for use in my biscotti business. Would love to be able to save the fruit afterwards.
