"What a delightful and delicious change from the usual chocolate chip cookie! Since I like the combination of peaches and almonds, I substituted chopped toasted almonds for the walnuts, and added some almond extract. I had to bake a second batch as my family ate the first batch right out of the oven! This recipe is a keeper."
Love to cook and bake. I am not a professional chef, but am very experienced. Enjoy trying new recipes, especially ethnic dishes. Also cook seasonally and locally (as much as possible). I cook for myself every day, and prepare a family meal once a month for about 50 family members and friends. I am also in the 2012 Guinness Book of World Records for having the world's largest cookbook collection.
Just about everything except organ meats and offal.
