"This was the most wonderful side dish! I have roasted cauliflower and loved it but I have not really enjoyed asparagus for many years until I made this! My husband who does not like asparagus wanted more and more; my son and his girlfriend loved it as well. I was so impressed that I am going to buy more asparagus today and roasted it up and make that creamy yummy hollandaise! Hmmmmm, can't wait!
