Reviewed Peanut Butter Granola Bars

"Addictive!! I've made this recipe a couple dozen times already!

I only use 1 tbsp of butter and it still tastes great. A stick of butter makes it more like oatmeal cookies, not granola bars.

I also cut the brown sugar to 1/4 cup.

You have to press it down hard while covered with wax paper or parchment paper, then remove it. I use the "

Reviewed Elmo's Hearty Oatmeal Hearts

"These cookies tasted delicious! I substituted chocolate chips for the cranberries though. My 3-year-old had so much fun helping me make them after we watched the episode on tv. Also, I think because my butter got too soft, the cookies were very thin and broke apart, but since that's my own error, I still give it 5 stars. Next time I'll make sure t"

Reviewed Peanut Butter Granola Bars

"Addictive!! So far, I've made this twice. I used half the butter both times. 1st time it came out absolutely delicious by following the rest of the recipe the way it is, except that it was very soft and fell apart easily, but the taste was amazing and didn't last long anyway. My 2-year-old and I ate almost the whole batch in a couple of days!

The 2nd time I made it, based on reviews, I pressed it down hard with another pan while covered with parchment paper and baked it for an extra 5 minutes. That seemed to hold it together perfectly. I plan on making it again! "

Reviewed Citrus-Garlic Roasted Chicken

"I was looking for a change of pace with boring chicken and this was delicious. I used boneless chicken breasts instead of the bone-in, skin-on breasts, but it was still great. I think it would be even better on the grill! I used a tip from a review and added a splash of OJ. I would definitely broil for the last part of the bake time."
