This is the second time I made this for Christmas & every time it's a hit! Definitely track down the sunchokes...it's not just fun to cook something almost nobody has eaten, they are alo delicious when roasted (a little bitter raw)!! I also addede a full head of garlic cloves to the pan & roasted a leg of lamb on top of it.""
