Reviewed Tuscan Lemon Chicken

I made this with chicken pieces that were skinned. Marinaded it for a day and a half, turning it several times. It smelled delicious and knew it was going to turn out great. Baked it at 375 for about 45 minutes (I had to take smaller pieces out and cover and continue to cook the breasts about an extra 10 minutes). It was really tasty and juicy....
