“Spectacular mac and cheese! A bit different with the noodles which makes it a lot lighter. I did see a recommendation to add a larger batch of noodles (e.g. 16oz) and would agree to do that (I will next time) as it had a lot of liquid but it is absolutely delicious. Hubby, toddler and myself enjoyed with a nice pork loin! ”

“DELICIOUS! Minor tweaks so that my 3.5yr old could enjoy 1) I seeded the Peppers and threw them in whole so that I could remove them at the end, 2) I did not use the chili powder, 3) I added 32 oz of chicken broth vs. the 3 cups/24 oz it called for"”

“Delicious recipe once I made a minor correction at the end. There was something missing at the end and I added about 3 dashes or so of Chipotle Tabasco sauce. It totally rounded out all the flavors and made it a delicious chili recipe."”

“Delicious soup! One change suggested is to add more broth. As a leftover, the pasta soaks up the majority of the liquid and I ended up with bean pasta. Still delicious when I added water to it before re-heating, it's that good!
Next time I make it I may double the broth or add 8 cups vs. 5 &3/4 cups."”

“Just made this turkey for 2012 Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit!!! 5 Stars for the turkey!
One word to the wise, I followed the gravy to the T and it was delicious BUT as I was cooking it before I knew it, the fat started to separate and it was ruined. It was almost like the fat to cider/broth ratio was too much.

“I've made these a number of times and just recently made two large batches for a bridal shower. They were a huge crowd hit! Multiple people stopped me to tell me how good they were and there was a whole assembly line of homemade desserts/cookies. Thank you Ina for making me look like a pro!
**SMALL TIP: to perfect the jam placement...”
