Spectacular mac and cheese! A bit different with the noodles which makes it a lot lighter. I did see a recommendation to add a larger batch of noodles (e.g. 16oz) and would agree to do that (I will next time) as it had a lot of liquid but it is absolutely delicious. Hubby, toddler and myself enjoyed with a nice pork loin!

Delicious recipe once I made a minor correction at the end. There was something missing at the end and I added about 3 dashes or so of Chipotle Tabasco sauce. It totally rounded out all the flavors and made it a delicious chili recipe."

I just made this for a work pot luck and people continue to rave about this dish and ask for the recipe. It was AMAZING!!!! Can't wait to make again -- even better than Little Italy NYC Sausage and Peppers!!!

Quick TIP: To avoid a massive mess in my kitchen due to all the sausage oil splatter, I used a very deep pasta/stock pot....

Delicious soup! One change suggested is to add more broth. As a leftover, the pasta soaks up the majority of the liquid and I ended up with bean pasta. Still delicious when I added water to it before re-heating, it's that good!

Next time I make it I may double the broth or add 8 cups vs. 5 &3/4 cups."
