Reviewed Autumn Chicken Pot Pie

"This dish was absolutely delicious!! Five stars all the way. There is no better way to make crust than in a Food Processor! The crust was so easy to make and so flaky, my daughter was actually picking it off the side of the dish :D

The Butternut Squash was really good in this Potpie and it gave such a nice taste and color combination. However, it did take me a lot longer than the recipe states, it was more like 2.5 hours start to finish and there was no sitting between. I was working the whole time either chopping, cooking or cleaning up. I am sure part of this was because I had never made this dish, but it is still pretty time consuming. It was a wonderful dish and my family really loved it, but make sure you have plenty of time to cook.

I would still rate this dish five stars! As always, all of Chef Anne's dishes are so good!! "

Reviewed Maple and Cayenne Glazed Chicken

"I LOVE this dish!! I did however use bone in chicken breast which took a little longer to cook, but it was so moist and full of flavor. It was very simple to make and the cayenne gave it a very nice mild kick. :) "

Reviewed Braised Spring Onions, Fennel and Swiss Chard

"This was a very tasty dish, full of flavor and very beautiful on the plate. I couldn't find white Swiss Chard, so I used Red and it was so nice. This is was first dish I have made with Fennel and Swiss Chard and I was very pleased with the taste and appearance. My husband also found it very good!"
