Scrumptious and so easy! I warmed up the olive oil first, then added the lemon zest and let it sit for about an hour, and used baby spinach instead of arugula because I find it to be too bitter. This was such a simple but filling meal. Even my little sister said it was the best pasta dish she ever had!""
