"This was a delicious salad, and mixing sweet with red-skinned potatoes was a nice variation. For time reasons, we did not grill the potatoes, and we cut them smaller for easier eating. The dressing made with bacon and the drippings was so tastey, the hint of mustard was just right, and while we enjoyed it cold, we might try it warm next time."
