Reviewed Lemon Curd Trifle with Fresh Berries
"I made this for christmas day and WOW, the best trifle I have tasted, it took me just over 20mins to whisk the lemon curd, I had just over 1/2 a cup of lemon juice and it was perfect, just tart enough, everyone says I have to make it again next year. A perfect combination of tartness with the sweetness. The lemon curd is to die for. I will be making it again for sure. YUM YUM!!!

"I made this for christmas and it is amazing, I made it the day before so all the flavours would all marinate together, and I couldnt stop tasting it so lucky it made plenty, and so easy to make.I will be making it again for sure. YUM YUM!!!
