The gnocchi recipe is the best I've ever had/made! I can't believe how easy it is--my kids even make it with me. Every other recipe I've tried has produced heavy nuggets of dough, but these gnocchi are like fluffy pillows. I ended up buying a 15# bag of potatoes specifically so I can stock my freezer with gnocchi. Yum! Yum! Yum!"
