Mario is a genius, but my pantry doesn't always have his ingredients. So, this reecipe switched sage leaves for marjoram and red wine vinegar for balsamic, less than requested (1 tablespoon or so). Good news is the timing for lentil cooking is right on and the dish works wonderfully with everyday italian sausage, and it's simple!"
