About Me
I am originally from Austria, live in Florida since 1977. I love cooking and like to relax by reading cookbooks.
I am also a member of a cooking site in Austria and have posted many American and International dishes there.
Favorite Foods
My taste in food is very ecclectic. I am definitely a "Foodie", I try everything at least once and always look out for new trends. Living in SW Florida, we have fresh fruit and veggies growing in our backyards year round, as well as fresh fish and seafood.
