"I also use pork chops instead of veal chops. I changed the directions a little bit by frying the bacon, then the onions and mushrooms before I add the flour. I also use 1/2 lb of bacon (who doesn't love bacon??) I have been making this recipe for years and it's a family favorite!! It goes well with Emeril's kicked up cheesy bacon mashed potato"
