Reviewed Braised Country-Style Ribs with White Beans and Fresh Herbs

"I've cooked this dish at least a half-dozen times and every time, without exception, at least one person asks for the recipe. Great comfort food. Great dinner party food. Also freezes well (if you're lucky enough to have leftovers) -- I usually double the recipe for that very reason.

Reviewed Easter Pie

"I've made this several times and am headed to the store to get what I need to make it today. This pie is fabulous. And it looks like it could be difficult to make (and I'm tempted to let them believe it!). :) Thanks, Giada!""

Reviewed Olivia's Buttermilk Pie

"Not only does this come out perfect every time (I've made a dozen of 'em), but it always gets rave reviews from those who eat it. Simple, just sweet enough. Yummmmmmmy. Thanks yawwhll. :)""

Reviewed Braised Country-Style Ribs with White Beans and Fresh Herbs

"WOW! Substituted cannellini beans -- like the larger size. And served it over brown rice (SO much more flavor than boring white rice). This recipe is fabulous! Way to go Sir Emeril. :)""

Reviewed Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

"This recipe is really good. I added lemon grass, mushrooms and carrots. Used dark soy. Served it with whole grain flat pasta. These couple of additions transformed it from soup to a hearty entree! It was fabulous.""

Reviewed Beef in Oyster Sauce

"This dish is fabulous. Go all the way and get all the ingredients (e.g., the black rice vinegar is very different from the regular clear stuff you buy at the grocery store). This is too good not to share -- fix it for a dinner party -- everyone will be duly impressed! ""

Reviewed Pappardelle with Scallops

"This recipe is da bomb. The freshest/prettiest mushrooms available were shitakes so I substituted. The arugula is a genius addition! Love, love, love everything about this recipe.
