Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake With Bourbon-Spiked Cream

"The cheesecake was okay, not very sweet and lacking in a lot of flavor - didn't taste quite like pumpkin pie, but didn't taste quite like cheesecake either. The bourbon spiked cream was DELICIOUS, but I made it from scratch with 2 cups Whipping cream, 2-3 Tbsp Sugar, 2 tsp Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Bourbon, 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice.""
