A little too much tomato puree for my taste so I added a pinch of crushed red pepper and some water. Seemed to help. Anyone else have suggestions? Did I miss something during the episode maybe? Otherwise it is good.

Great! I used less molasses because I didn't want that strong flavor and they turned out great. I covered my baking pan with foil and sprayed it with an oil spray and they are coming out of the pan perfectly. I am munching on them and I haven't even melted the chocolate yet! Delicious! I used more garlic because I really like it and will saute the veggies longer next time. I used a little more half-and-half because it didn't look like enough sauce. I also used less pasta than what it called for. Still a great dish. I love this show and wish it was on more than once a week!"
