I think the only reason that this recipe's avg. rating is 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a true fudge recipe and therefore more difficult than many of the other "fudge" recipes on this site (Giada's or Nigella's). "I am a weakling when it comes to liquor, so I was concerned initially that this cocktail would taste too strongly of alcohol for me. My concerns went out the window when I tasted it. I used Cazadores blanco and (a bit more than the recommended amount of Cointreau. The taste of the tequila was well balanced by the tartness and sweetness of the margarita, but I did not notice any benefit to including lime zest in the rim coating. It was delicious, and I can see these causing trouble for me at parties.
