Reviewed Beef Tips and Artichokes with Merlot and Black Pepper Gravy

Have made this a couple of times and love it! However, it might be a little spicy for some so add the seasoning a little at a time and taste it. You won't be disappointed - a quick meal that seems like you took a long time. Love Sandra Lee for keeping it real!
