Brilliant! This was a big hit. I used marlin- a random find in my local co-op. I also substituted Piment D' Espelette, this incredible Basque chile for the red pepper flakes. It complimented the tomatoes so perfectly, and gave the whole dish this lovely and aromatic quality. You can find that pepper at world spice. com / spices / piment-despelett...
