Yes, we too here in Arkansas call this DRESSING, not stuffing. Mom added boiled chicken to hers when i was growing up and I do the same now since I have been put in charge of making it for the holiday dinners. I also add hard boiled eggs diced up into my dressing and we like a lot of sage in ours. It is always a hit..

I vary with this, I used dill pickles finely diced and finely diced red onion. My co-workers always ask me to bring these to one of our dept dinners. And ONLY use REAL mayo. Not miracle whip..way to sweet
