Very Good. I think it made way more than 4 servings though! I did not have the purple cabbage so I just used a whole head of green. Added a little cilantro to the slaw and ommitted the corn. Ended up topping a burger with it and eating it on the side. Very yummy and easy to make to your liking. I used light mayo and still came out good! Also,...
