I have never cooked fish before now. Thank you Alton
this recipe is excellent! It is very easy to prepare
and tastes really great. I used a couple of whiting
fillets with the skin on and i mixed dill weed in with
the flour and it turned out really well. I made a tartar
sauce out of mayonaise...

Reviewed Bacon and Pancetta Potatoes

I loved it! i made it a couple weeks ago, because i had some red potatoes left that i did not use and they worked. I know the recipe said russet but i did not have those in my fridge.
I also like the flavor of pencetta and reagular bacon and they went so well together. i am going to make it again."
