My Activity

Reviewed Corn and Cheese Chowder

"This is such an unbelievably simple recipe that is bursting with flavor! I used two 12oz bags of frozen corn since I made this in the winter and it came out just wonderful. I know it probably doesn't need another 5 stars to convince people it is so good...but I couldn't help myself!!"

Reviewed Chicken with Shallots

"For the reviewers that considered this too salty...there is not a measurement, you simply salt your chicken and add UNsalted butter at the end...this was your error. For the others that said it was too lemony..did you realize that you have to reduce to 2 tablespoons? This is a fantastic simple recipe. ""

Reviewed Roasted Shrimp with Feta

"Company worthy! My husband couldn't get enough. I did leave the tails off for easier eating....made this ahead and stuck in the fridge. Wonderful and easy."

Reviewed Steakhouse Steaks

"To RachaelRenee - The only way a Roquefort can be so named, is that it is made and aged in the caves of Roquefort France. While it is a wonderful tasting blue cheese...any type of blue will work. I usually make this with a maytag blue since it is much less costly and tastes just as wonderful"
