After reading this recipe I have a question for the cook. What do you do with the shitake mushrooms?! One strains the liquid out and adds it to the sauce but the recipe never actually says what to do with the mushrooms?! An error on the part of the writer or the cook? If I were a beginning cook I would be throughly confused. "
