Above all, I love this recipe! I have made the recipe two times and doubled it both times. Not all recipes double well but this one is a keeper! I took it to an informal dinner party and they disappeared. With pleas for the recipe!

All of that being said I'd like to share what I did. I've made lemon both times but going for tangerine...

Reviewed Lemon Pie Cookies

This is a very subtle cookie with a light texture. Probably a good thing as you get two when you have a "sandwich." Would be a wonderful cookie to take to a tea or luncheon. I agree on the bake time-I went 15 minutes in general. Also used the entire 8 oz brick of creme cheese. I took a shot on using neufatchel cream cheese and I Can't Believe...
