"I loved this soup. I omitted certain ingredients I don't like and added others. I mean, really, parsley? Why on earth would I add edible flavorless grass to soup? I omitted the corn, carrots and parsley and added zucchini. It turned out very well. I'm completely sold on vegetable broth. It has a surprising richness I wouldn't have expected. I'll never use boring, bland chicken broth again. Thanks to Alton and this recipe, I discovered the deliciousness that is vegetable broth. Thanks Alton!
