“For me manicotti is a very light meal. I viewed all the remarks to see if I was missing something. It appears that many of the cooks altered the recipe for convenience. I followed the recipe to the last detail watching the show. I was totally disappointed with the result. The ricotta filling was heavy and too eggy, not smooth. The crepes absorb"”
