“Great dessert! If you don't have evaporated milk on hand, or if you prefer a more tropical twist, substitute the evaporated milk for coconut milk! It resonates nicely and brings a creamier texture to this dessert.
I also tossed some coconut flakes with cinnamon, then toasted them for a crispy topping finish to the dessert.
