Made these last night. Followed the recipe exactly except for using a food processer rather than mixer to prepare. Excellent biscuits! Best I have ever made and I've used a number of different recipes! Light, fluffy, and great flavor. Tthese are just the best! Easy to prepare, great flavor, and no special fryer needed. Fried just beautifully in a regular frying pan with a minimum of oil. The panko gives great crunch.
