If you like Feta cheese, and I love it the spread is fantastic!!!! I left out the mayo and let it sit at room temp and used it as a dip. You can use it as a dip, slather it on sandwiches, make an outrageous Bruschetta, Toss it with hot pasta (if you are using it on pasta I would increase the olive oil to your taste, put it over grilled chicken...

Reviewed Grilled Pork Lion with Garlic Rosemary Marinade

This is a tremendous marinade, for pork and chicken as well. I did not use the wine, oyster sauce or chipolte (I am not big on salt) I also used a combo of Rosemary and Tarragon. Wow fresh wonderful roasted pork or chicken. I seared the product first then put it into a convection oven at about 450 degrees.
