About Me
I love to cook ,bake and spend time with my family.I think people need to season their food more.My favorite seasonings,even though simple are onion ,garlic, salt and pepper.My family and friends inspire me.I am Hungarian.My father was a butcher and my mom was a fabulous cook.I learned everything I know about cooking and baking from them.Living here in Cleveland I have access to a little gem called the Westside Market,here you cand find any ingredient that you could imagine.Outside is an open air produce market.Inside you'll find many meat,fish and bakery stands.If you ever visit Cleveland,visit the market,you'll think that you are in Europe.We are also home to Iron Chef Michael Simon.I have'nt eaten at either of his restaurants,but hope to soon.I will try any type of food once.Ok maybe twice.lol :) When I ask my guys what their favorite food is they always say anything you cook Ma.Good answer lol :)

I love to bake bread.Every body raves about my homemade garlic sausage, which I serve with potatoe dumplings and fried cabbage.I love to eat at Carabbas'
