Poultry seasoning was too much. I used an egg ( mixed in at the last minute) and that worked great to hold everything together. I rolled them into balls with my hands and dropped them I to the muffin trays. Worked good. 15 minutes is not long enough to make them crispy. I am testing them prior to Thanksgiving.
