Reviewed Braised Country-Style Pork Ribs

The ribs were tender, juicy and full of flavor. The key is proper browning of the ribs before putting them in the oven. Make sure they are well browned. The only thing I changed was adding 1/4 cup white wine along with the apple cider vinegar to deglaze and using a teaspoon of red chili peper paste along with the tomato paste instead of the red pepper...
