Reviewed Braised Country-Style Pork Ribs

I made the recipe exactly as written, with one exception: I didn't have any tomato paste, so I just used ketchup instead. They came out AWESOME - oh. my. God. Delicious and SO EASY! This is a total no-brainer. I got 3 1/2 lbs of those ribs for less than $6, and the mire poix cost like a quarter for the whole batch, less than a dollar, anyhow....
