“I'm born and raised southern and believe it or not, at 35, this was my first time making fried chicken. My husband requested it as a part of his birthday meal. This was a FABULOUS recipe! So much easier than I thought it would be as well. It did take a little longer than posted to cook, but the finished result looked and tasted amazing!

“I have made this on 4 different occasions for different parties. Each time, people I don't know at the party have to make an announcement to see who made the brownies! They are always a hit! I always use a brownie mix (high end and applesauce in place of oil to save some calories and fat (use 1:1 ratio. They come out moist and delish! ""”
