Reviewed hot and sticky noodle bowls with chicken, chiles and green beans

Mar 23, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I've made this a few times and its become one of my families favorite. Broccoli, asparagus, red peppers were added to the green beans and I used chipotle chiles and maple syrup instead of honey. The sauce is delicious! Shaved beef is as good as the chicken. Great basic recipe to be used with any protein.

I did add a 14 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes which I would do again, it gave it more of a 'tomatoey' body. The polenta is my favorite starch and it pairs so well with the flavorful chile. O"
