“Very interesting flavor, quite nice actually. I used the recipe above as a base and recommend the following. Use 4 fresh pears, half a ripe habernero, add some sugar to help maserate the pears in the fridge.
I used the cilantro but I plan on trying the mint next. Give it a whirl it's great."”

“Not bad. I used penne instead of Spaghetti and I added a pat of butter to the tomatoes towards the end. Sugar definitely helps tone down the acidity. I think I would cube the eggplant next round to 3/4 inch chunks. Deep fried eggplant would have been an interesting twist and give it a little crunch. Try it !!""”
