I altered the skewers to include cherry tomatoes and poblano instead of red peppers (1/2 the $$). The sauce was a bit too vinegar-y to use as dipping sauce, but was relish on the kabobs. "Winner! I didn't like the sauce when I first made it, so added an additional teaspoon of Dijon and went over a bit on the chives. Delish!
