Update:The second time I only cooked it for 25 minutes because I didn't want it to burn. I think the flax seed was too fine and more apt to burn because of the small size. Next time I will omit it from the oven but may add it once other ingredients have cooked. I did add raisins and dried cranberries once it was done."

Made recipe but without nuts (allergies) and added sunflower seeds instead. Might add raisins after it has cooled the next time. My kids loved it, as did I. It's a keeper!"
