Here is my version, turned out really good:

-Sautee garlic, onions and turkey in some olive oil until browned.
Season with salt, pepper and herbs (Italian mix, basil etc..)
-deglaze with Madeira or white wine (optional)
-Add in a cube of chicken bouillon (reduced in powder with your fingers)
