Reviewed Coconut Shrimp with Peanut Sauce
"This has become my go-to recipe for coconut shrimp. I use packaged coconut and serve them with a sweet Thai chili sauce, and they are amazing! I made the peanut sauce once, and it was okay, but I'm ot a huge fan of peanut sauces in general.""
Reviewed Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits
"Excellent! I even enjoyed the few pieces of dough left on the mixer paddle. I did omit the salt on top, as they were a little too salty as it was, but salt amount is always a matter of personal taste and nothing against the recipe.""
Reviewed Roasted Garlic Clove Chicken
"I am very impressed with this recipe, as I don't usually care for chicken thighs, but these were excellent! I used some of the roasted garlic cloves in mashed red potatoes as a side dish; it was a wonderful complement to the chicken and great with the sauce.""
Reviewed Drop Biscuits with Green Onions
"These were ok. Definitely not my favorite biscuit recipe, but the green onion/parmesan flavors were a nice change. I made 8 biscuits from the recipe instead of 12, and I DO know the difference between baking powder and baking soda, and they still came out small and hard. It was a very easy recipe, though, and they were edible.""
Reviewed Sesame Chicken
"Awesome! Better than takeout. I went with my instincts, though, and only used 1/3 cup sugar and did not salt the chicken after frying - it was plenty salty. like other reviewers, I also had a lot of left over sauce and will cut the recipe in half next time. Served with white rice and stir-fried peppers, onions, and eggplant.""
