Amazing!!! So easy to make and really delicious. It is super moist and not overly sweet. I added orange zest (incredible) to it and next time will add a bit more ginger too. I used a half cup molasses and half cup corn syrup instead of the golden syrup. Yummy! I'll definitely be making this again"
