The complexity of the flavor and textures made for a wonderful meal. Yes, the sauce was too thin. I will try the flour trick next time. Yes, the time was more than was billed, but I will be able to significantly reduce that next time by prepping the onion, mushrooms, and spinach the night before. I cant wait to make this again!

I gave this 5 stars because the final product is fabulous. That said, the recipe must be skipping a step about putting water into the saucepan with the carrots. If you dont, it takes FOREVER for them to soften. Also, I suggest using greek yogurt to enhance the creamy factor.
