Chose the less expensive bone-in pork. Boneless is almost twice as much per pound. The meat fell apart and off the bone - so glad I went with bone-in. This recipe was a hit with the whole family. Definitely adding it to our regular menu rotation! We wrapped the meat in tortillas with cilantro lime rice, black beans, and salsa verdi. New fami"
