Reviewed Easy Blueberry Skillet Cake

"Delish everyone love this. When I took this out of the oven I drizzled a glaze, made from confectioner's sugar and fresh lemon juice, over the top. Blueberries and lemon a match made in heaven.""

Reviewed Kelsey's Chocolate Popcorn Brittle

"Delish!!!!!! Took it to a cookout and everyone loved it. One change didn't have crunchy peanut butter, used regular, will definitely make again."

Reviewed Broccolini with Almonds

"This dish was excellent, my daughter requested this 3 nights in a row. The lemon and zest with the red pepper flakes and garlic on the broccoloni was a fabulous combination.
Elizabeth you most likely burned the garlic which is a very bitter/sour taste. Garlic should not be cooked on high heat and needs to be watched."

Reviewed Brined Herb-Crusted Turkey with Apple Cider Gravy

"Wow everyone loved this, a master piece! I have brined before but only over night and was skeptical about 3 days, well worth the extra effort. I am not a gravy fan but this was phenomenal. The apple cider made the difference. This recipe is a keeper.

Reviewed Lady and Sons' Chicken in Wine Sauce

"This was delicious and so easy to make. Hubby turned up his nose when I said chicken was for dinner. The next day he was still commenting on how good it was something he never does and wanted to make sure I saved the recipe(a first). The whole family loved it. I did make two changes, omitted the salt and used cream of celery soup instead of the chicken.
