"Last year's bird was the best ever!!! Easiest recipe to follow!!! You'd be a fool not to use this recipe. I modified the contents of the bird to onions, carrots, celery, a bulb of garlic and a small bunch of thyme. I used the roasted veg's and some of the garlic in the gravy mixture and used the rest of the roasted garlic for garlic bread on the table. A huge hit!!!
