I agree the recipe was hard to follow, which is funny since it's a simple soup! :) It came out very fulfilling and hardy. I used potatoes which gave it a nice cream consistancy. This is my go to souffle!! Each time time I make it, it gets easier and more delicious! I recommend finding a stinky blue cheese since the flavor can be on the bland side with out it.
